Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to install an app?

No. The menu opens in the phone’s browser right after scanning the QR code or tapping the NFC tag.

If I change the menu, do I need to reprint the QR codes?

No. The QR code points to your menu, and you can change the content whenever you like. Guests see the changes immediately.

Do NFC tags work with every phone?

With most recent Android phones and iPhones. For the rest, the QR code is on the same card.

Can I edit the menu from my phone?

Yes. The admin is built phone-first — you change prices, photos and availability in seconds.

How many languages can I add?

Two languages on the Espresso plan, unlimited on Cappuccino.

What do I need to get started?

Just an account. Enter your menu (or send it to us), print the table cards and you’re ready.
