From venue owners: name, email, phone and venue details needed for the account and billing. From guests opening a menu: we do not collect personal data; we record only anonymous view statistics.

3. Purpose

We use data solely to provide the service, communicate about accounts and enquiries, and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies and local storage

The site uses essential cookies for forms and login. The demo and guest menus may store favourite items in the browser — that data stays on the guest’s device.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while the account is active and as long as regulations require. Only authorised persons have access, and transfer is protected by encryption (HTTPS).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection. Send requests to our email.
